How to cook pasta with shrimps and artichokes

  1. Pour water into a large bowl, add lemon juice. Take one artichoke one by one, cut the stem, and remove the upper leaves.
  2. Cut the artichoke in half, then again in half, remove the middle (photo 2), and cut the remaining leaves into small pieces and immediately put in a bowl with acidified water (photo 3). Do the same with all the artichokes.
